For my cousins organic farm. I should probably tell her that Harvest Moon is a video game?

are these all just photoshop jobs?

do you have stock images of blank objects, or do you mockup objects?

and its not "hippy-dippy" at all, btw.

I really like the brand when it is on an object like the bag or the box. I think where it falls a little short is in the first image. I am not sure what it is, but maybe as a stand-alone it needs some refinement. It looks like it could just be a matter of spacing, but something seems a bit off.
Where is the .pdf of flyer/handout you mocked-up?
Are there any possibilities for going with just initials on some of the packaging. HMOF?

yes. all photoshop stuff with images of blank objects swiped off getty.

I dont think its quite there, either, Graham. I'm thinking I will have to redraw the asparagus, anyway (as I didnt draw this one) and I can fine-tune it then. I am happy with just the type, though, and think it works well as a logotype as shown on the honey.

HMOF reminds me too much of mop (http://www.mopproducts.com/) and in their case their acronym is actually pronouncable so it makes a little more sense. I do think the logotype is flexible, though, and could be reoriented in to two-lines or one-line where necessary.

I like the "look" but the real fun will come in if/when we actually produce this stuff. My cousin has zero budget so emphasis will be on handmaking everything and recycling previously used packaging. I anticipate a lot of rubber stamping of the logo, handpainted signs, and hand-bound sales booklets.

interesting to see sophisticated branding in a no-budget situation.
